I see that you are feeding them in the bouncy seats? If so you should be able to prop their bottle while they are laying there and just feed them their bottle right after the cereal. I always spread mine out by about an hour or so. We started by feeding them their cereal at 6pm then they would have their bedtime bottle at 7:30ish. It will save you sooooo much time during the day if you do them all together. Mine are now 15 months and we always do everything at the same time.
